A publication consisting of an essay, by the late novelist David Foster Wallace, which appeared in the October 25, 2001 issue of Rolling Stone and a dialogue with Sjors Rigters his parents concerning the impact of 9/11. The images that are added to the text give more context to certain topics that Wallace cites in his essay. Furthermore, these images are cyan-coloured, which not only indicates Sjors his own additions but also refers to the clear sky on the day of 9/11.

Given that on 9/11 (2001) Sjors was a child and lacked most memories about that day, he instead wondered how his parents experienced this day and the aftermath. Through the dialogue, he found out not only how his parents had experienced 9/11, but also how they viewed certain issues surrounding the disaster. The essay describes the experience of 9/11 from the Midwest, so he found the dialogue in which two European people describe their image of the event a convenient addition.
